Who are we?

History

In 2015 when at OSU co-owner Josh Callaway was in his landscape design class, when asked to design their own /dream landscape. With is dogs being a huge part of him and his wife’s life he choose to head down the route of pet friendly and native landscape. With this concept the idea of Good Dog Landscapes was born. In 2017 the Callaway family lost Tahoma the dog that started this concept, with the help of a family friend Lillian Mutch, he is immortalized in our logo and everything we do. We started in 2018 with the idea that there is a better way to landscape and protect four and two legged children. We specialize in pet and child safe landscaping services, inspired by our own pets and family. In addition to all the normal benefits of a landscaping company, We use non-toxic chemicals, we design landscape with non-poisonous plants, and We can identify potential hazards or dangerous plants in the outdoor spaces of the properties we manage and care for. We work on promoting native plants and plants that attract native pollinators.
